INTRODUCTION
In the 21st century, it is more and more common for companies to restructure including through downsizing, mergers, takeovers or streamlining of roles. In this period, employees might go through different stages of grief - guilt respectively. They need the opportunity to honestly share what they think - feel - say and do in these times. The employees that remain in companies need to rebuild trust - collaboration which is in a fragile state at this phase which needs to be carefully addressed by their employers. If this is not addressed, there will be disengagement and a high turnover rate in the short to medium term.

The Career Reset program is designed to equip participants with the essential knowledge and practical skills required to be effective in their career reset journey.
